30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
The product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, not worn, not used, with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If we find the return request valid, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to return the product. We do not accept returns for products that have not been pre-approved for return.

Damaged or Other Issues with the Product
After receiving your order, inspect the package immediately, and contact us without delay if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to investigate the issue and take the necessary steps.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (such as items made to order or personalized products), and personal hygiene items (such as beauty care products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or complaints about a specific product, please contact us.
Products purchased on sale and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the desired product is to return the received item and, once the return is processed, purchase the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Products Delivered within the European Union
Regardless of the above, products delivered within the European Union are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you have the right to cancel your order or return the product without giving any reason. In this case, the same conditions apply: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, the tags must not be removed, and it must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and will inform you whether we have found your return request to be valid. If so, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and credit it to your account.
